Mr. Eitan Metuki is the CEO of Spark Enterprise L.P, a venture capital running 22 M$ pre-seed and seed funds, including investor drafts & entrepreneur screening over 1600 projects and companies.
Spark invested in 19 companies in a variety of fields-intelligence, security, optics, bio-technology and others. Prior to Spark Enterprise, Mr. Metuki was the CFO of C. Mer Industries Ltd, traded in the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, holding more than 20 communication and infrastructure companies. The group employs over 1200 employees in Israel and around the world.
While serving as C. Mer's CFO Mr. Metuki was responsible for managing the finance, operations and human resources as well as served as the company's internal controller and a director of its subsidiaries. Along the years, his job included raising funds from various sources, including bonds and I.P.O's in Israel and U.S.A. Mr. Metuki holds a M. Sc. in Economics & Work Studies from Tel Aviv University and brings with him 30 years of management and operations experience of some of the leading technology groups in Israel.
Mr. Shoham has been serving as the CEO of MindCite since early 2009 and has an extensive experience in sales and business development.
Prior to joining MindCite Mr. Shoham served as the Vice President for Marketing at Azimuth Technologies, Ltd. , a company which provides navigation and target acquisition solutions for the military market.
Mr. Shoham is Lt. Colonel (Res.) of the IDF and served in a series of command positions in an elite paratroop unit, among which a paratroop battalion commander. Currently, Mr. Shoham is serving as the deputy commander of an IDF reserve paratroop Brigade.
Mr. Shoham holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Management from Tel Aviv University, and is an alumnus of the Wharton / Tel Aviv University International Marketing Program.

In 1988 Mr. Noam founded and served as CEO of Novacom Technologies, a fab-less semiconductor company. In 1998 Mr. Noam founded Novanet which was sold to Connexant Systems for $145 million in 2000. Prior to founding Novacom, Mr. Noam held key positions in advanced hardware engineering at top Israeli data communications companies. These positions included three years as Senior Design Engineer at RAD (1982-1985) and three years as Chief Engineer at Lannet.
Mr. Noam holds a degree in Engineering from the Technion Institute of Technology and has completed with honors an MA degree in Interdisciplinary Technology at Eastern Michigan University in Ann-Arbor, Michigan.
Mr. Peleg has over 15 years of experience in business and operations management (CEO, Sales and Marketing) in the high-technology sector, in global presence companies.

Before joining MindCite, Mr. Peleg served as the President &CEO of Azimuth Technologies Ltd. (traded in TASE), serving the global defense and homeland security market.
Prior to that position, Mr. Peleg served as Executive Vice president and Managing Director of SunGard Business Integration, a leading provider of integration solutions for the banking and financial market, where he led the products and services division and the business division in Europe.
He previously was a senior manager and director at Applied Materials, Orbot Inc. and Orbotech Inc., residing in the U.S.A.
Mr. Peleg holds a B.Sc. in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from Tel-Aviv University and MA in Economics from San Jose State University, CA, USA.
Uri Hanani Is an operations research and information scientist. He has accumulated over 25 years of practical, research and teaching experience in the field of information retrieval, expert systems, artificial intelligence and knowledge management.
His experience and expertise includes developing and managing large computer systems, including the Computer Department of Israel's Ministry of Industry Commerce (Tamas), IBM, and the IT department of the Hadassah Medical Center.
Dr. Hanani was consultant to investment and startup companies. He consulted to prominent institutions and organizations in the public and private sectors. Dr. Hanani headed research and lectured for many years at the Hebrew university of Jerusalem and Bar-Ilan University. He is a lecturer and researcher at the Ben-Gurion University Department of Information Systems Engineering. He has published over 50 research papers in leading scientific journals and presented many of them at international conferences.
with doctorate from Harvard University in knowledge management and organizational learning, has managed development and evaluation of e-learning products in education for over 15 years.
Dr. Gal worked for six years as a project director and researcher in telecommunications projects for education in the U.S., at Technical Education Research Centers and at an Educational Development Center. He directed the Computers for Instruction Division of Israel’s Centre for Educational Technology. Dr. Gal was strategic consultant for Internet content development to U.S. and Israeli companies
